I have a GTX 760 and it can play any game on roblox but whenever I try to open a recent project, it seems to crash for no reason. It has around 80,000 bricks with most of them being CSG. |

@Shock, it's my graphics card.
Pretty much the crucial thing for gaming and rendering for me. (I use CUDA acceleration) |

@Shock, CuDA acceleration is something that can be used in after affects. It uses your GPU instead of CPU. Which usaully tends to be faster although it can hitch up now and again. |

@Rhy, huh. Mine seems to go through the roof when loading things.
Maybe I should get a new GPU or CPU. |

| No, you should not. It has to be roblox or your internet. A geforce gts should be able to run fine with roblox studio. |

@Jake, not really. I just make intros and stuff for people. As well as some animations.
Some stuff in Cinema$D as well. |

| Yea it's very CPU intensive, but 80K parts could be a memory limit as well. |

@Shock
You cant compare a GPU an CPU. :) But I think ROBLOX is more CPU intensive, not exactly sure though. |

| ok so i wouldn't post anything about cpus, gpus, or anything like that on the forums because people are wacked here and think they know everything about computer hardware. yes roblox is cpu intensive. my i7 4790 (non k) gets up to 70C with stock cooler on roblox, though my gpu stays pretty frosty (amd radeon r9 270) |

@offial, I dont think roblox is the issue for that. I was a dumbass and left some things running in the back ground and it didn't show on the system tray. However studio, is still a mess.
It uses around 40-50% cpu usage without all the crap in the background. Also, why does your cpu get that hot? It's not normal even with the stock heat sync. I get around 30-40 on CPU itensive things. |

| well the reason(s) are because i have a small case with little airflow and i7 4790 (and k versions) tend to get hot. i have no room to get a better cooler either but idc really considering im saving up for a $1000 build that will be completed soon. i have no performance issues at all (no lag or anything) ive never had problems with the computer crashing or cpu shutting down so ye. as long as it stays below the 105C mark i will be ok |
