Section I. Introduction
I find that a Info Tool would be a non-abusive tool by the Las Vegas City Council.
Section II. Why they should have it?
Now is why should the Las Vegas City Council have info tools? One thing, it's not such an abusive tool, and that if a LVCC has gone rogue with any tools, there's a small amount of people and can be whittled down to find a person who abused the tool. It can (If wanted) to aid Law Enforcement, or perform searches of American Citizens, cars, and helicopters. Nowadays, the Las Vegas City Council is requested, or needed to find out such certain things, to maintain the peace among American people.
Section III. What are some good things about LVCC having a info tool?
One thing, it can't really be abused, or affect physically in Las Vegas, for it doesn't harm them, or arrest them (Unless they have illegal weaponry to which Law Enforcement should react). It can identify vehicles to prevent Grand Theft Auto, or failure to recognize which vehicle is which. However LVCC aren't Law Enforcement, which is why they don't have an arrest tool.
Section IV. Conclusion.
Personally I find that there would be nothing wrong or anything abusive about Las Vegas City Council having info tools. LVCC are still not considered Law Enforcement, since they only have info tools, not arrest tools. |
