I know the title may seem weird but what I mean is that whenever you wear pants with clothing on the torso and wear a shirt too, it will always cover the pants. What I'm suggesting is that there's a toggle option so that the shirt is underneath the pants.
For example if you wear something like this: http://www.roblox.com/Distressed-Suspender-Jeans-Timberlands-item?id=212302353
If you wear a shirt, it will cover up the straps. So what this idea will do is if you want the straps to be visible over your shirt, you can have the option to wear the shirt underneath it instead of covering it. |

Support. This will give me a new perspective on ROBLOX clothing designers. Though, I also believe that this is unnecessary. You can always edit the outfit on your own. The internal link that you provided displayed "Suspender Jeans". Judging by the looks of the outfit, The torso looks transparent. > Copy the Shirt from the catalog > Save it to your Hard Drive > Copy and paste the suspenders over the shirt This is a solid example on why ROBLOX gave us the ability to create and design our own outfits. Anyways, Having this feature implemented would save a lot of time, and it will be helpful to users with the capability to create their own outfits. I'd love to see this in the future. Again, support.

| It wastes time when you add straps to a shirt yourself. What if you want to change the shirt? You'll have to repeatedly photoshop the straps onto several different shirts. This OPTION to change it will be a lot better instead. |
