Promotion point/database systems? Just promoting when they feel like it?
I'm curious as how to manage promotions when a large quantity of people attend events. |

Points is far more organized.
Random Promotions is probably better for smaller groups. |

Points gets hard to manage the more people you have - so implementing a database is near essential for that to work.

If it's a power clan they just use the admin panel. Some superclans use the database for promotions and whatnot.

| I've just implemented a point database, even though it's FM. We're getting our own soon. It just seems slightly more complex to have to log each point for every attendee. |

| A spreadsheet would be easier than a database place, yes? |

| if you're a superclan, it does get very messy if you don't have a good system, even a clan like VS which you all hate anyway and say is inactive has 1649 accounts in it's database and 8000 logs all together |

| Rhin that is extremely messy and unorganised. Not promoting someone for an event will lower their morale, if they can't see the progress via a point system. |

| Database or spreadsheet? I want to know which one is more effective and easier, for a small clan. |

I like PP more.. but it's a bit hard to manage it. Database is way more easier.
