For example, if a person refuses / misses their court trial than the court will recognize that as an absence and the trial will continue.
Section 1
a) if a person refuses to appear in court on a given date, the court will recognize the absence as a wavier of appearance during a trial & the court shall continue on as if the defendant was already present.
b) a defendant can resume his place in trial at any given time.
Section 2
a) the legal representation of the absent defendant will be placed up to the Department of Justice if the absent defendant hasn't retained an Attorney already.
b) an appointed Attorney can in no way decide plea bargains or sentences reduction without the consent of the absent defendant.
c) if a Judge believe that an appointed Attorney isn't defending the absent to the fullest, the Judge of the trial may request for a new Attorney.
Section 3

Section 4
a) if a defendant isn't notified of a court case 48 hours before the trial than a retrial shall be declared with the defendants full recognition.

I think this it'd be great for the justice system seeing as we can't compel people to arrive to court on ROBLOX.
I hope a member of congress can present this bill to the house! heart heart : -)

I advise you, this US isn't fully based off of reality. We can't fully force someone to get on a virtual game and virtually send someone to their house to virtually confront them. Your comment is based off of arrogance because you and I both know that we aren't capable of doing these things.

@deq,
This bill in no way messes with your 4th, 6th, and 14th amendments. If someone doesn't show up to court it'll be recognized as a wavier to appear, therefore due process isn't violated.
and Rule 43 states that if 'the defendant waives his or her right to be present if he or she voluntarily leaves the trial after it has commenced'
if this bill passes; voluntarily = refuses to show / purposely misses court

@soviet,
so if everytime someone doesn't attend a trial they'll be aos until they actually do attend, meaning activity within the justice department will fall & so will the activity within the courts
everyone deserves a trial even if they're not willing to come |

Then let them be AoS until they attend.
I'd rather be AoS than my trial being held without me being there.
Not everyone is able to attend especially if someone is at the Hospital.
DoJ's already having inactivity problems, and this bill won't solve it. More problems will be created.
I've waited almost a month for my Court Case to be held.

@soviet,
it's not like we don't have hearts, if someone has a legitimate reason as to why they cannot attend then the courts will clearly let it slide for another date/time
& this is one of the many reasons as to why were having activity issues; no one attends trials and so the prosecution can't prosecute, so in fact it'll change things. |

Section 1
a) if a person refuses to appear in court on a given date, the court will recognize the absence as a wavier of appearance during a trial & the court shall continue on as if the defendant was already present.
One of the major problems is that many of your judges aren't active.
Explains why there were impeachments. |
