Try to visit this url.
http://setup.roblox.com/version-2ee5d7d0d55c4aa7-content-terrain.zip
When you actually download something from this URL, then ROBLOX is working.
Until then, go to bed / eat breakfast / eat lunch / eat dinner / eat a snack / watch TV / etc.
It won't take long with so many HTTP forbidden errors thrown in the firewall on their end. |

I'll not that they didn't COMPLETELY fubar, but it's the only way I could get the title to fit.
This URL works, for example:
http://deploy.roblox.com/version-2ee5d7d0d55c4aa7-content-textures3.zip

I'll also mention that these URLS are TEMPORARY. If you find this from google, the above URLs will likely be out of date. They're current as of 4/16/2015, and if this date doesn't match your computer's calendar, you're better off getting help elsewhere.
And no, setting your calendar won't fix it either. |

| How comes no one brought the big red message bar up there in discussion, when we all are bugged out by installer? |

The "inspect element" thing is Chrome telling you that for some reason or other there was a problem reaching the page you wanted to get to.
It's supposed to be an HTTP 403, but it's nonstandard. |
