| How would I change the camera so the player cannot zoom in or out, but still rotate the camera? |

| How would I write it so that the camera becomes restricted only on a certain event? I don't want the player's camera to be restricted right from the very start. |

Find out the default stats for those two properties you want, and with whatever event starting, set them to new values, and change them back when the event ends.
Depending on what you are doing, that might be as simple as it sounds. |
