I rarely sleep myself, yet continuously promote good sleep habits, and why sleep is important, and trying to help others sleep.

Is that good, or bad? I mean, sleep is pointless to me either way, cause no matter how much I sleep I'm always mentally and physically exhausted.

"same"

Same for what??
Same that you're hypocritical, by rarely sleeping and helping others sleep, or the fact that you're always mentally and physically exhausted no matter how much sleep you get?

"I understand how you feel..."

It happens to me because I don't "officially" have sleep apnea, but I'm almost certain I do, according to an ENT specialist. Which basically means I stop breathing in my sleep, so I constantly wake up during the night, and I can't breathe through one side of my nose (I have a deviated septum), which is what causes my sleep apnea.
Google what a deviated septum is if you wish to know, but basically it stops me from breathing through one side of my nose, which gives me nasty nose bleeds, headaches, and bad breathe.

Sleep is essential regardless of what people may claim. Without sleep, studies have proven that the mental capability of a person is far less adroit than one who has obtained the necessary hours of sleep per night. However, staying awake later than usual for an extended period of time may lead to insomnia. Additionally, making it a habitual pattern to fall asleep lately will disrupt your circadian rhythm. Therefore, I strongly suggest trying to receive at least seven to eight hours of sleep per night. If you are finding it difficult to sleep, I advise you to see a doctor to discuss what dilemmas may be preventing you from falling asleep; such as stress. Likewise, even if you do sleep enough, your circadian rhythm may still be intermittent causing you to feel more drowsy and lethargic throughout the day. Again, if you are having trouble falling asleep, please and I mean please see a doctor.

Already have. I have to get surgery next year, on my nose, to fix my deviated septum. And if that doesn't fix it, then they don't know what to do.

I guess I have deviated septum...
One part of my nose can breath, but the other one has difficulties.
And it goes vice versa.

hypocrites don't bother anyone (well, how you're hypocritical). they way you're doing it, you just don't sleep much. no big deal. other hyprocrites are like "egg hunt 2013 was rlly bad!!!!!!!1!" and then they're like "o yea egg hunt 2013 was da bom!". those types of hypocrites are bad.

I understand now, and good luck during your surgery and I hope all for the better for you.

@YDominacY No, I just stated the information I had previously learned as an educand, in hopes of providing 'Akrylix' with the knowledge of how sleep is essential for a human-being to function.

Google about it first, and look at pictures, then look at your nose.

Push in on each side of your nose, if you can tell that one side pushes in significantly more than the other, you may want to go to an ENT specialist and get it checked out.
