They would be able to make meshes from Anim8or and upload them. In case if somebody is confused, there would be a clothing section called User-Made Hats. Or they could use a template from another hat.

| I see. Mabye add a moderation system and it won't be too bad, only problem I see is if it will cost, people copying, unoriginal ideas, ect. |

| My god this is posted way too many times. First off you can "Retexture" which is probably as good as making a hat. If you retexture ROBLOX might see your hats and get it published. No support. |
