Hello I am here to tell you all the requirements to become an COit. Here are some examples down below if you want to become on follow these step by step instructions:
Firstly, you have to be very active so you will go on every single day and recruit new members to join us and our team.
Secondly, you have to listen to all the rules that help you to be the perfect CO or COit for example don't reply back to an HR otherwise you get an instant warning!
Next, you have to be strict to all inmates and especially death row inmates so that they become scared of you and listen to your orders!
Finally, make sure you attend all training's required for becoming a COit or CO but you have to attend tryouts before becoming an successful CO.
Now everyone has been hearing that apparently the founder of the group can't place people to CO I don't know why either maybe he don't trust them properly but I think they should be aloud. Please reply under neath if you think they should.
