Tons of cool games nowadays are for 64 bits operating system And i hate it because 64 bits can't work on every PC
And some games that idk why they need 64 bits
Assassin's Creed Rogue (its for ps3 and it shouldn't be 64 bits i suppose) Watch Dogs-why it would have 64 the map its ain't massive
Cities Skyline- Now really why this game its even 64 bits?
And games that will sure be 64 bits
Mirror Edge(the new one) Star Wars Battlefront(and 3?) Etc.
So why its 64 bits So needed?
Memory? CPU speed?
I really want to know why i need 64 bits? Some people don't have 64 bits and still 32 bits(like me)
My rig its very good tho
(And reaching some of the 64 bits game requirements besides 64 bits)

64-bit is better. There's no two ways about it.
A 64-bit processor is capable of storing 264 computational values, including memory addresses, which means it’s able to access over four billion times as much physical memory than a 32-bit processor.
It's also largely the standard today, and if your PC can't support 64 bit, it's probably synonymous with potato. Seriously, even entry-level PC's are based on 64-bit architecture today.
And as a side note, 64-bit can emulate 32-bit. The reverse isn't possible.

limit of 32bit OS is 4gb RAM
a good gaming pc requires 8gb, which is supported by 64bit
or something along those lines |

I didn't even know people tried to game on 32-bit machines anymore.

@OP, you know, I'm curious. What are your system specs? You say they're good, but I can't imagine any system to be "very good" if it has a 32-bit CPU, especially if you're trying to game on it. So please, enlighten me.

Well actually it runs Saints Row 4 at 50-60 fps Assassin's Creed 3 50-60 frames(rare ocasions being 40)
Also Besiege with 60 Fps Need for Speed Most Wanted 2012 works with 60-80 fps (weird enough some games that are not from 2010-2014 lag me) (examples:) L.A Noire(i actually found out its because it was not optimised that great) Batman Arkham Origins(only when using the descrypter)
Also CS GO runs at like 60-50 fps
And i actually could have run the Alien Isolation at 50-60 fps but i messed up the resolution to a resolution that my screen can't use
But the problem is
I have lame ram(if it wouldn't be that hard to have 64 bits windows if i would have perfect ram like 8 rams
(because i heard you need atleast 4 rams to use 64 bits |

Well, I don't know if you have a 32 bit CPU, or have a 64 bit CPU but a 32 bit version of your OS. Any modern CPU will be 64 bit, thus nearly all modern software will be written for 64 bit unless it is desired to remain compatible with old systems (e.g. Java).
Games are generally not intended to run on old systems since they would not be powerful enough to run at any reasonable level of performance and the few who may want the game but have an old system is not worth the investment of making the game playable on such systems. Having to make a 32-bit version of the game would be an extra investment with little return.
On Windows, go to Control Panel, System, and post what it says under "Processor" and "System type". This will tell you if your CPU is 32 bit or 64 bit. |

32 bit computing nowadays is a limitation.
64 bit computing can use larger numbers in math, use more memory, and in general allow for more complex and larger games.
with 32-bit computing, there is a limit on how large integer numbers to be. its 2^31 - 1, or 2,147,483,647. if you ever tried to play a ROBLOX game that works with large values like that, sometimes you notice that it will suddenly go negative. also, 32 bit programs and operating systems can only use around 3.2GB of RAM. since consones nowadays have 8GB of VRAM, games are now starting to use 4-6GB of RAM. this cannot be done with 32 bit computers.
like other people said before, 32 bit computing is only really used for phones and other computers that are slower and less advanced. 32 bit Windows was used before 2010 because you saved 10GB worth of storage from using it. |

@Andy, that still doesn't answer my question. What are your system specs? E.G., what CPU, GPU and Motherboard do you have?
