I have two questions for you both concerning my account, Malistaire888 that I am trying to reactivate.
1. So, my dad and I just sent you an email from the billing account to reactivate malistaire888. Is that all we need to verify that the account is mine, to reactivate??
2. How long does it usually take for you to respond to email at info@roblox.com? |

To reactivate.
You don't verify.
If you were banned:
Click "I agree to the terms of service"
then "Reactivate account"
if warned:
same as the above

24 - 48 hours [1 - 2 days] |

Using the email that you used to create the account with is the best way of ensuring that account is yours.
Expect to wait up to 5 working days for a response. |

Unfortunately without being able to review the case, I don't think there is much I can help you with over the forum. I'd recommend you continue to work with the folks at info@roblox.com as they are better suited to help in these situations.
Depending on how many emails we have coming in, it can take up to 72 hours for a response, however we are certainly working to get to your email as soon as possible. |
