they sure as hell care to come to playoff games, guess you haven't seen one in a while though so ill let that slide
if you think the sabres need him more you are a complete moron
he has the potential to save a dying franchise by his presence alone |

| true. crosby saved the penguins asses so i think mcdavid could save the coyotes. Eichel isn't a bad consolation prize though. |

Pittsburgh is capable of having a successful hockey franchise with passionate fans.
Phoenix, ehh. |

"at least he will go to a franchise that gives a crap about the sport and come to games we may not make playoffs but we sure as hell show up"
first of all, as i stated before, you have never seen or been to a phoenix coyotes playoff game. you likely don't even know the whiteout exists in arizona, or what is is.
and you truly do have some great fans yourself, cheering for the other team.
"what are you talking about they made it last in 2010-2011 and you guys have made it once since then."
except for when we made the western conference finals in 12-13 |

| I watched the playoffs in '12 when PHX made it, sure they won and all, but why do you only care in the playoffs, support your team year-round. |

i do support my team year-round. buffalo clearly doesn't. the reason i only talk about the playoffs is because you refuse to believe me when i tell you that there IS a fanbase in arizona, it just needs a reason to show up to the games.
"too bad you missed the playoffs."
fair enough. the point i was trying to make was that we had been to the playoffs more within the past few years. |

imo Comic, McDavid isn't a must-have cause I see Domi and Duclair putting up some numbers soon. Not to mention Ekman-Larsson is huge offensive power house on the back end. Smith doesn't have much left in him but his effort is outstanding considering his team is so bad. Some bright young players with potential on the Coyotes, just a question of will those players thrive or will they die along with the team.
McDavid could be useful though. |

If Buffalo got him that would sick. Him, Rinehart, Ennis would be beast in finding ways to score and perhaps get Buffalo a little higher in the standings next year.
If Toronto got him: Him, JVR, Kessel, Bozak, Kadri, Lupul. Seems pretty legit. Along with solid, young, offensive defensemen. Maybe a play-off contender?
If Edmonton got McDavid: Would lead league in goals for. Hall, Eberle, Nuggent-Hopkins are amazing, now add another "god" to their line up. But I still think the Oilers would lead in goals against! |

| Edmonton needs Hanifin the most tbh (although I'm sure they wouldn't mind getting Mcdavid or Eichel). Him and Darnell Nurse could be the core of their defense and they obviously desperately need better defense. |

@CHP You won't see half the people show up to the games for Eichel or the 3rd pick as your would with McDavid. If the Coyotes don't win the lottery, they're just about dead in Arizona.
Think about what our first line could be. Duclair/McDavid/Domi All played together on Team Canada in the World Juniors. Would be filthy. |
