Greetings fellow solider! This guide includes ranks under the designation: Enlisted (EN).
This is an introduction and guide to being a member of the armed forces; following sections in the guide must be followed to become eligible for additional ranks.
Points to be covered: [BASICS] [TRAINING] [RAIDING] [OFFICERS] [PATROLLING] [PROMOTIONS] [BRANCHES] [BEHAVIORAL EXPECTATION]
----
[BASICS] Once enlisted into a branch of the armed forces; once should understand that it is the first duty of every low ranking soldier to defend the expectations of his/her enlisted branch. The soldier is the bulwark against the transgressions of foreign or illicit camps. The soldier then must obey his/her direct officer and pay respects to the wishes of the higher commanding powers' in order to show dignity and consciousness in the face of these illicit threats. We are proud of our group, and we expect the low ranking soldier to be as well.
[TRAINING] The low ranking soldier will be eligible for basic training at every allocated time; training sessions will only be held by ranks under the designation: High Command (HC), these instances will be advertised through group shout and it is up to the soldier to make use of this fact. Only low ranking soldiers will gain promotions through training sessions after this threshold is met promotions will come from group experience.
[RAIDING] Every soldier must understand that there are two types of raids: a defensive and an offensive. A soldier who is defending must remain in the server the entire defense in order to be rewarded, for those who came under inconvenience and must leave in an active defense instance will still not be eligible for that current defense. In an offensive raid instance the first priority of the soldier is to fall under a designated Officer (CO), the Officer (CO) will be the individual who will provide battle orders and handle questions that may arise. A soldier who is attacking must remain in the server the entire offense in order to be rewarded, for those who came under inconvenience and must leave in an active offence instance will still not be eligible for that current offence.
[OFFICERS] The Officer (CO) has the role of being a battlefield leader, it is the duty of the low ranking soldier to obey the orders of the Officers (CO); Officers (CO) are any ranks falling under the designation Officer (CO), Officers (CO) will send possible promotion recommendations to High Command (HC) and it would be important for the low ranking soldier to act well under these Officers (CO).
[PATROLLING] Patrolling is the act of showing activity in our places, patrolling is purely to display group activity and to show good support to one's branch. Valid patrols are held under the command of a rank with the designation Officer (CO), patrols without an Officer (CO) will not be viable for individual recommendation. Patrolling our group's places are a good way of building an active name for oneself, a soldier should know that activity brings rewards.
[PROMOTIONS] A low ranking soldier can be promoted by fully finishing training sessions, however the fastest way of gaining promotions in a branch is being recognized by High Command (HC). High Command (HC) will recognize the soldier who is recommended by an Officer (CO).
[BRANCHES] It is the duty of the enlisted soldier to pick a branch of the armed forces; a soldier may only have one branch, however, it is possible to be transferred to a new branch; when transferred the soldier will lose one rank equivalent to the previous branch transferred from. Example: if a soldier is transferred from the "Luftwaffe" with a rank of "Private First Class" to the "Landeswehr" that soldier would then be a "Private" in the "Luftwaffe". And so, a newly enlisted soldier must choose the branch he/she is best suited for. Transfers can only be done by individuals under the rank designation High Command (HC).
[BEHAVIORAL EXPECTATION] Low ranking soldiers are expected to act under a disciplined demeanor, this would look as such: -Speak only when spoken to. -Act with respect to your superior. -When speaking, do so in a manner that is direct and well versed. -Avoid acting crude, the soldier is refined and should act as such. -Follow group-wide doctrine/law. Not following these expectations will show Officers (CO) that you are not fit to handle further responsibility.
----
These points must be understood and followed by every soldier under the rank designation Enlisted (EN). For other rank designations see the guide for Officers (CO) and High Command (HC). |
