| I saw a place with these nicely made maps and beautifully retextured eggs, too bad the community has no power |

you are right
egg hunt 2015 could be better if devs from other front page games worked on it at the same time |

"You Make the Game" "You Don't Make the Game, Instead You Must Work Hours Behind Your Computer Screen to Be Recognized Around the Community"***************************************************

| That sounds neat, and I disagree, the community, especially after this year's egg hunt, now has quite a bit more power. When the norm is "ROBLOX creates events, end of story", then there is no chance for a game like that to be used. Now that we've had out first fairly successful user run egg hunt, I think the potential for it to expand into an even more community based event has never been greater. |

@gordon
so can you like, allow the developers or whoever you pick, actually use a different game instead of one that they profit majorly from |

@gordonrox24 Roblox says "You make the game" And we had an egghunt event hosted on murder, minigames and survival games. I think that pretty much, all of us know what egghunt means. ROBLOX's 2015 egghunt wasn't nice, even though it was economically sustainable for the users that hosted the event.If ROBLOX really wants to encourage users to make games, it should have contacted users who are Not famous and encourage them to make a nice Egg hunt game for ROBLOX's official event. |

When I look into my crystal ball and spy on the future, I see the format of user created events rotating around, ranging from using existing places all the way to creating a variety of new purpose built places.
"you do realize how much people on here were bashing egg hunt 2015?"
Yes. However I also saw how nearly every thread here for the last two weeks was about ways to get the different eggs and other positive discussion about the hunt (of course with the criticisms mixed in, which is something we expect to see and do see every year). One of the main things that stands out to me is, following 2014 where the hunt opened and closed multiple times, this years hunt opened and ran pretty much the entire time without incident. Overall, it makes me pretty optimistic about the potential for future community ran events. |
