Dear RDPS it has come now time to make a fire code. Everyone that is a fire marshal+ can help with this thread, all ideas are to put in the comments and to be clearly labelled once we have enough items on it I or RDPS Director will create the official fire code for Rockport. Keep in mind I will make a few sub headings for different things the building has to follow.
My ideas for the Fire code:
Section I Fire Extinguishers.
All fire extinguishers must be in open area's for the use of it in an emergency, incase of needing to use one the public should have clear labels on the extinguisher showing how to use it and where they should point it in the fire.
Section II Fire procedure.
All staff at the building must be trained with the fire evacuation procedure, the fire evacuation procedure is completed like this: All staff get everyone out of the building calmly and don't leave anyone behind to then be followed by calling FD to the fires location.
Section III Hazards.
All flammable hazards must be clearly noted on the site of the building all staff should memorise where fires are more likely to start e.g. Stoves, Electrical Equipment etc.
Section IIII Training.
If it happens to be that there is no-one on the server that is at least the rank of RFD in the server the staff should have trainings to prepare them for the worst cause situations like no FD on the server.
New section Housing areas.
All houses should have fire extinguisher in the house at all times that have been checked by a certified Fire Fighter from RFD, all flammable items in the house are to be evenly separated so incase of a fire the fire shouldn't have to much fuel to become a massive inferno
These are just my ideas if you want something added to a area type the sub heading then what you want or make a new sub heading for either housing areas or for office buildings.

Updated it with the stuff Firstbusman did.
Section I Fire Extinguishers.
All fire extinguishers must be in open area's for the use of it in an emergency, incase of needing to use one the public should have clear labels on the extinguisher showing how to use it and where they should point it in the fire. All fire extinguishers have to have a clearly marked colour to show what it should be used for like Red=Water Yellow=Foam Blue=Dry Powder Black=Carbon Dioxide Co2.
Section II Fire procedure.
All staff at the building must be trained with the fire evacuation procedure, the fire evacuation procedure is completed like this: All staff get everyone out of the building calmly and don't leave anyone behind to then be followed by calling FD to the fires location. All locations should have areas for cars to pull in quickly for emergencies if the engine breaks down or if a fire starts.
Section III Hazards.
All flammable hazards must be clearly noted on the site of the building all staff should memorise where fires are more likely to start e.g. Stoves, Electrical Equipment etc.
Section IIII Training.
FM+ has to train the workers of the company at remmington to teach them the skills they need to go through a fire evacuation procedure.
Housing areas.
All houses should have fire extinguisher in the house at all times that have been checked by a certified Fire Fighter from RFD, all flammable items in the house are to be evenly separated so incase of a fire the fire shouldn't have to much fuel to become a massive inferno
Fire Department upgrades due to the fire code. FD should have a tool to open the doors of a patients car or house to get to them quickly. There should be Fire Extinguishers attached to the metal box on both fire trucks for the public to help with each colour band to show what it is used for. |

There should be the Fire Extinguishers around the city, but make it so only TRC, RDPS, etc. Can use it. Also there should be coded fires to happen every 5 - 15 minutes to keep FD alive and active.
