| Well, with Putin's concentration shifting from the North Caucasus to Eastern Europe, give it a few more months and that should soon become a reality, or at-least by 2018 because by then Georgia should have official NATO membership as we are the largest non-NATO contributor of forced to the ISAF. |

| Don't get too reliant on that, Russia still has a large amount of naval vessels in the Black Sea. |

Its in the process of westernizing its arsenal
We use Russian tanks, a mixture of Russian and US helicopters, Georgian and US IFV's/APC's and such, a mixture of Russian and US guns and US ships and what ever the hell our foreign suppliers give us. |

No no, scrapping the Su-25 is a STUPID suggestion!
I mean, if Georgia scraps the Su-25 its airforce will rely on that god aweful albatros or how ever you spell it. If you scrap the Su-25, I do not think the US would exactly give you some F-15's or F-16's unless Russia really made the US mad because otherwise it would be provocative to Russia, and with the situation in Donetsk and Lugansk thats not too good. The solution to scrapping the Su-25 is for Tbilisi Arms Manufactoring to begin producing its own aircraft, like how the Georgian arms industry is already making its own vehicles. You have an APC in production. Once your APC and MBT is dealth with, scrap the Su-25 for your own aircraft and Georgia is basically sorted for life.
And thats how you will get into NATO. |

| Thats actually a smart Idea, we also need to fully rebuild the Georgian Navy. We need to get rid of those Mi-8 helicopters. I mean the Mi-24's can stay because those are pretty sick and sport transport and attack capabilities. We have a good amount of UH-1's but the only problem is the US dont produce them anymore, they just sell what they have. We also have a small amount of black hawks, I think they were given to us during Immediate Reponse 2008 and/or Agile Spirit 2014. But the Mi-8's need to go, they are simply useless. The Su-25 can serve as a short term solution for the Georgian Air Force but unless they recieve heavy upgrades from TAM which Russia will almost immediately object too, they need to be out of service by 2020. Also I agree what you said about TAM, Georgia needs to develop a self sufficient arms industry as well as aligning itself with the US and NATO more to secure its future from those imperialist northern neighbours of ours. |
