This handbook is to be read by all Cozy Corner Security personnel, as it contains vital information that has to be obeyed and followed. If you have any other questions or inquires contact the Head of Security, PatchesMayflower.
SECTION 1: The job.
Cozy Corner Security Members are recognized employees of the corporation who are tasked with protecting the customers inside our restaurants and also enforcing order. They have the right to restrain where necessary and also remove people from the premises who are causing public disorder. However, abuse of the security powers is not tolerated and an investigation will be inquired into those are claimed to have abused. In specific situations, security may be tasked with guarding meetings conducted by the management team.
SECTION 2: Becoming Security.
As security is a difficult job, free entry is not allowed. In order to join you need to apply and attend for an interview that is held weekly. You will be asked a series of questions regarding the role of security and your experience to determine whether you are fit for the job. After the interview you will be contacted sometime later regarding whether you have passed. It is now that a training time will be scheduled to ensure you are able to fulfil the role of security correctly. As this is the final phase, completing it will result in becoming an official and recognized member of security.
Fake security, or those impersonating a member of the force may be reported and if found guilty, banned from the server.
SECTION 3: The powers of security.
As their name suggests, Security have the right to enforce order in any section of the restaurant. However, with this task comes a certain responsibility and if caught abusing this, the accused member of security may be suspended or exiled.
Here is a list of what security are allowed and not allowed to do:
CAN:
- May restrain constant offenders with a taser after the third warning, and by respawning after the fourth warning.
- Access any area of the restaurant in order to maximize influence.
- Report offenders to a member of the management team.
- Enforce order and ensure the protection of customers and staff; this is imperative.
- Warn first time offenders in a verbal manner (may not be abusive however.)
Note; All warnings should be worded as "Warning 1", "Warning 2", or "Warning 3" in order to prevent confusion. After warning 3, it is not necessary to warn, but you can remind them that they already passed three warnings.
CAN NOT:
- Repeatedly abuse the offender through spamming the respawn tool or taser. Constant offenders should be reported to the Head of Security for punishment.
- Verbally abuse customers in any way or form; this includes racial abuse.
- Favor a certain customer because he is a family member or friend. This is considered favoritism and the punishment is severe.
- Be inactive and not visit the restaurant on a weekly or daily basis.
- Disrespect the decisions of higher ranking members or those apart of the Management Team.
