I need to know how to set these properties so I can begin animating my own skeletons on characters.

But if you want to move the skeleton with already existing and moving body parts, I'd recommend using a weld over a Motor6D.

So- I'd just insert that script into the Motor6D, and when it hits play mode or whatever in test- it's linked with the other parts?

Probably not. That was a tutorial on how to WORK with joints. You're going to have to learn how to use them and figure it out yourself, because nobody here knows exactly what you're doing.

I tested out the practice of using these in animation by redoing something by Scripth- but I'd like to create my own body parts to manipulate.'
It's actually pretty fun animating them.
I might keep with Scripth's old animations from like 5 years ago- but I'd like to make my own incase I make non humanoid stuff or just because- ya know? |
