First you will need to get lunix to run on the wii (look it up) then once you have installed lunix proceed to download a virtual machine program and from there install xp (get an iso on the sd card) and then install it on the vm. Windows xp will take a very long time to load (about 30 minutes to and hour), this is due to the fact that lunix on the wii is using emulation means to run windows xp since the wii's PowerPC processor is not x86.
this has been done with other processors like on the old mac PowerPC laptops/desktops, you could use VM software to run windows on a mac with a powerpc processor before macs had intel and bootcamp.

I ran Windows 95 on my Wii before using DOSBox. It was so hella slow it was pointless.
I also got Windows 3.0 running on my 3DS. It's actually fast enough to be usable. I mainly use it for its file manager. |

oh, if u saw the video the guy had to speed it up since it look about 2 hours to get it to work, but yea I wonder if I could use DSLunix to run windows 3.1
