Why are you scared if you were under a tornado watch? It's over, man. |

you should be concerned if it's a tornado warning
tornado watch means that theres about a 1/100000 chance a tornado is coming
Excuse me, but that's inappropriate for school. |

@rock no it means there's an increased chance a.k.a we're more likely to get a tornado than if we were under a severe storm watch****

| I've experienced funnel clouds before. Funnel clouds can transform into tornadoes if they touch the ground. When I was heading home from vacation over the summer, I saw two funnel clouds on an interstate in Detroit. It was a freaky experience! |

| You'll probably hear sirens. Just to be self-conscious, go to your basement and hide under the staircase, if you can |

why are u guys so worried about a tornado, there's a small chance of it hitting your house just be aware of it. check news to see if it even touched the ground, a tornado watch means it hasn't touched the ground yet. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ctr9ZfeyvXg&list=PLED8A59B8F8D256BD&index=7 |

as long as there is no air between you and the ground, you should be fine also don't be in a room with windows
make sure you protect your head and wrist and stuff because debris will fly around in case of tornado |

@Life
Actually, there would primarily be a funnel cloud or two in the sky. Also, the sky has to be dark in order to indicate if there is a tornado. However, it comes from inclement weather. |

@redlo Considering houses have windows in every room, that'd be impossible for those who don't have a cellar. |

@Clippers
"were under a tornado watch and im scared"
"->were<- under a tornado watch and im scared"
/were/ - second person singular past, plural past, and past subjunctive of be.
It occurred in the past. |

@clip i said it didn't touch the ground yet. that was just simplified. like i said, it more likely did not touch the ground. there's always tornado watches, but hardly a tornado. |
