Are the 'NBC Shirt Creators' groups even allowed on ROBLOX?
I don't think so, otherwise ROBLOX would allow NBC to create clothes. |

It's neutral as ROBLOX doesn't want to lose profit or have the ROBLOXian market crash. So in this effect, it is illegal but it isn't. So far no claims to take down these huge groups. But then it is good usage of resources by what those BC players are doing. So the argument is two-sided. |

No, it's not illegal.
ROBLOX has stated themselves they don't want NBC to make profit [sell items], so as long as they don't sell any items at NBC, it's fine. |
