This is just a list I have decided to make for the classification of the many great and poor leaders I have met over the 4-5 years I have spent on this game through various accounts.
The Stuckup: Thinks his clan is better than all others and believes he is undefeatable. Virtually nothing more than an egotistic maniac who brainwashes his own men with messages of non-existent power and victories. In the end he will fail as all tyrants do.
The Wannabe: Attempts to create the next big mega-clan uses hype to promote this but not on a large scale. Only interested in power and generally very easy to beat.
The Veteran: This one is unique in the fact that you have multiple versions of it. You have the average veteran who is normally sensible and can handle himself in a fight or diplomatic matter. Then you have the veterans who are only known as such for the time they have put in. They are usually incompetent and are only good for their fighting technique.
The Inactive: This leader relies almost entirely on his HRs to run his clan whether he does this by choice or out of desperation and having no other choice. These leaders are almost never heard from and are nothing more than the group holder.
The Professional: Known for knowledge and excellent grammar this is the leader class that can normally be considered honorable and trustworthy. They are the kind of leaders that do end up with mega clans and powerful empires. They are looked up to by all who know them and their benavolonce shows their wisdom and hides all insolence they may have.
Eh, I will just leave it at these main 5 the rest are essentially just mixes of all these and lesser extremes. |

| I do not think it is 'key' however my personal belief is that it conveys professionalism and expirience. It shows people that you are someone who knows what they are talking about and is someone worth their time. Others my have varying opinions but this is simply mine. |

@lionbaita I will not stoop to rating actual clans or clan leaders. I am simply stating the main leaders I have met. I suppose I left out all around jerk but that is pretty self explanatory. |

This is precise enough for being a categorical analysis. Nice. |

A lot of teachers I know in high school and college professors don't necessarily nitpick at spelling.
It's fairly petty of a thing... common issues and breaks in the mental state (or mere focus on more important things) stop someone from caring for spelling.
Most educators I know of tend to nitpick at things like sentence structure, consistency, topic, etc...
You know... the actual delivery and content of a message.
That's what writing is. The message (thesis) is delivered (body & conclusion) to the audience conveying an idea (theme?).
So. Nice job judging him on a spelling error that is vastly distant from damaging the content and delivery of the message.
don't break an arm. |

I'm "the inactive".
Not as bad as you make it seem though, I've created a system within HAU that makes it so I'm not relied on 24/7. |

@Rainway
Not all of them are that bad, but the majority of them are very close to that definition at least the ones I have met thus far. |

| The list is not meant to be every single type of leader. That would take far more time than I am willing to put into a forum post that will only be relavent for 10-15 minutes at the most. If the leader doesn't fit into one of these he/she is most likely a mix of some of them. |

Crov:
I think that's kind of a broad quality.
Any one of the leaders that fits these categories can troll. Even any leader can fit multiple categories.
You can chock it up to being just an additional quality to any description... |
