(Talking about actual resolution, not pixel quality ex. YouTube)
How does everyone feel about 720p while playing video games? For me, all my games seem to default to 720p, I instantly change it, even if I loose some performance. 720p makes everything look a bit too big and out of proportion.
Maybe it's just because I'm weird. Anyone else get this sort of thing?

consoles= idk i dont notice its usually 1080p or 900p
pc
720p is horrible, because it isnt native
if my pcs reseltuion for 720p native it would look good
its horrible seeing. pixels being made of well pixels its all blurry |

I'm okay with it. What is really bothering me is my 60Hz/65Hz monitor making the screen jittery every now and than...I know, get a new one, I'll wait 5 months to have 100$. |

I personally prefer lower resolutions with lower aspect ratios in competitive games like CS:GO (4:3, 1280x960) but if we're going about apperances here It's definitely the higher resolutions i'd prefer.
anyway
Lower resolutions with lower aspect ratios = better for competitive play (opinion)
Higher resolutions with 16:9 look a lot better |
