| I'm sorry but if you're stupid enough to tell someone that you're discriminating instead of silently refusing service, you deserve to get sued. lol |

Sir. You can't silently refuse service to people. They'll yell at you. I mean, there trying to get a expensive wedding cake, you can't just ignore them and expect them to go away. |

@noderp47
you are not required to give them a reason though.
@theknightofblood
true, but there can be only speculation over if it's a conflict of beliefs if they fess up with the reason. if not, well, they won't get in trouble. |

| why should a business be forced to serve someone they don't want to, regardless of the reason? |

"why should a business be forced to serve someone they don't want to, regardless of the reason?"
they shouldn't. but i also don't think they should have to supply a reason, which is usually misconstrued as a hate-crime, which gets them in deep water. |

i'm having trouble understanding if we hold the same belief here
i'm saying that a business should be able to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, and should be able to say they're a discriminatory business without retribution from the government |

@hearsay
ummm i agree with that, too. but the world we live in today is full of people who would never let that fly. which is why i'm saying that it isn't a black and white issue... meaning if christian bakeries want to refuse service, they can. it just isn't wise to supply a reason for why they're refusing. |
