Okay, so this is pretty much a KL defense thread. I'll explain the best ways for you to defend yourself.
-------------------------------
You got KLed. Now what?
First, you need to activate the On-Screen Keyboard. To do this, you can go to search on start menu (if your computer has this feature, not sure about macs) and you can type On-Screen Keyboard to open it. By using an On-Screen Keyboard, the KLer cannot pick up keystrokes, since the On-Screen keyboard is more clicks. Plus, by doing this, you will save yourself from any accidental keystrokes giving this away.
Secondly, press Control, Alt, Delete at the same time on keyboard, then click Task Manager in the window that opens. It should take you to the processes tab, if it doesn't, then click the Processes tab in the window. Scroll down in the tab and look for winlogon.exe. If you see 2, then there is a KL running. Delete the one that is not SYSTEM, for that one is a fake process. If there is no second one, examine all your processes to make sure no fishy ones are running.
Thirdly, the person that ran the certain KL is a guy that claims to have all of your info. Using the on-screen keyboard, change the pass to ALL APPS that you use. Roblox, Gmail, anything that you use. Not 100% sure if legit, but it seems you can pick up past keystrokes and web browser history (well it's obvious you can get someone's web browser history), and changing the pass to everything will keep you safe. Or you can skip this process, and just move to the second thirdly.
Thirdly, and this is for security purposes, download MalawareBytes. Then run a scan. If you don't trust MalawareBytes, you can google reviews, or just download other anti-virus programs (MalawareBytes is known for picking up KLs and all that stupid stuff).
That should save you for now. Still googling other options, just in case. (I don't really have to worry about the KL too much since I just reinstalled the PC, since it's technically a brand new computer, so everything was wiped). This is directly aimed at those who got tricked by the Baseball2 kid, and can be used in the future.
NOTE: ROBLOX.COM IS A SAFE WEBSITE. ROBiOX IS NOT. And if RoBiox isn't a KL site, well, there's still information up here on how to protect yourself.
Sources: Websites on google, crosschecking information, etc.
your welcome! |

Most "KL's" here aren't actually keyloggers. You don't need to worry about keystrokes being recorded. It grabs your information through files on your computer, or something like that.
People who've been "keylogged" never typed in anything and still got hacked. |

Yes and no. I've been legit keylogged before, and have lost a ton. I'm not sure about this site, since my internet was so slow nothing happened when I loaded it nothing happened.
@Epic
No. Keylogs pick up keystrokes. I think the baseball guy is bluffing ("I saved everything from your past 5 days! heh" is not legit, you can't just download something and steal stuff like that from a download, but once again I'm not sure since I'm not up to date on this type of stuff. |

The website wasn't valid, that's why it was slow. It was a fake link to stir up a commotion. Most "KL's" used by people here just get your information directly without having you do any keystrokes. I've had it happen, too. |

Then you have a different system, to where winlogon.exe. And apparently robiox isn't a keylog, but consider this an advice thread for when/if you get keylogged, since the process above works.
But yeah....

I left the webpage after I saw the redirect to a ww1.(something) page.
Do I still have the KL or no? I'm also on a OSX running computer. |
