| how do you make a cylinder that was instances by a script, taller in the flat side? Anyone recommends meshes? If so please post their links. |

| A cylinder has 2 flat sides, but once you try expanding it, the whole cylinder grows.... |

| You want a cylinder that's taller then it's wide? If so, I think meshes are your only option. :/ |

Oh. maybe I know a trick to do it without meshes. (haven't tried)
- Set the part's shape to block. - Resize the part to the desired size - Set the part's shape to cylinder again.
Not sure if that works, but you could try. |

| That's what I'm saying, if I changed either the x, y, z, scales, the cylinder will still grow larger in every direction. |

| Are you sure that makes it grow taller? Because I don't think cylinderMesh works as well. |

| Get a normal part, and add a CylinderMesh (the actual object) into it. Then change the scale property of the mesh. This will achieve exactly what you want. |

| Warspy, How can I do add the CylinderMesh when I am scripting? I did it before, but I didnt really save the code since it didn't work for me. |
