Are you talking Guis or thumbnails?
If it's a gui, just place an ImageLabel into a ScreenGui or PlayerGui
If it's a thumbnail, the dimensions are 500x280

If you're in studio, at the very top click View>Explorer and then View>Properties
Insert a ScreenGui by clicking Model>Advanced Objects>ScreenGui (no frame needed) into StarterGui

Insert an ImageLabel by clicking Model>Advanced Objects>ImageLabel into the ScreenGui and change the image ID to a decal's texture ID.

Then change the dimensions of the ImageLabel. By default, it is {0, 100},{0, 100}

Change it to {1, 0} {1, 0} to make it cover the whole screen.

Yes.

Insert a TextButton into the ScreenGui. Name it Button

local button = game.StarterGui.ScreenGui.Button
local image = game.StarterGui.ScreenGui.ImageLabel

button.text = "Open"
function onClick()
if image.Visible == false then
image.Visible = true
wait()
button.Text = "Close"
end

else

if image.Visible == true then
image.Visible = false
wait()
button.Text = "Open"
end
end

This should work. Let me know if it doesn't and I'll fix it.

and have an ImageLabel in the screenGui

The button is clickable (atleast for now) but it won't show the decal.
