but i'm still in the 7-minute area
so far i'm at 7:21
so i just need to get faster by 21 seconds
by the time i'm in high school (next year), i want to have a 6 minute mile time
and i've been working hard to get there, because i've started at 9 minutes (beginning of the year), and now i'm here.
i'm 3/4 of the way through my year, so anyone know what can help me reach my goal? |

summer is coming so you have a great opportunity to practice before the beginning of hs just practise and keep a good diet good luck |

| doin it in less the 6minutes is easy stop playing roblox do lots of cardio and do like 15mins of hiit everyday or some to increase ur endurance |

i would say run 1/2-1 mile a day, hydrate well every day, and just eat well. your muscle will get "muscle memory", added with good hydration and eating, you could run fast and more without getting tired. your lungs and body would get used to the stress
is mayonnaise an instrument? |

i need to learn how to increase my speed while keeping it for the whole run
i mean 7 minutes is a good time but not good enough,
and i don't really get tired while running it, i just can't go full speed, because i'm going to get drained in a good 2-3 minutes
and i forgot to mention, i've been working on my speed a while back at a nearby park, running at my highest speeds until i can't take it anymore, and go home
this happens in the morning |

but for an 8th grader, it's above average
i know a few guys who can run 6 minute miles, and 2 who can run 5 minutes
got to catch up to them! |

I think you should stop right there, 7 minutes is fast enough.
The only other option is quit getting on electronics, including going on Roblox, and dedicate to a healthy eating style of rice.

seriously all it is is sprinting the whole way
i like to start off a bit slow in the beginning, and then i get faster every lap
2 laps since my school has a big field

| idk on the weekend i play football for like 6hour s haha i walk to and back from scool everyday so basically i just do a lot of exercise and also probably hiit like 3 days a week look up wat hiit is its good for weight loss and improving endurance |
