Preamble: Fruitsz has long been known as a terrorist; his job was simply to murder and cause chaos in Washington, D.C. However, he recently ended his criminal career and joined the House of Representatives, going so far as to become the Speaker of the House. However, has he actually changed his ways, or is he just hiding behind a façade? On the night of March 27, 2015, fruitsz has committed a felony by impersonating a federal employee of the Department of Justice; Congress must do its duty and impeach the criminal.
Article I: Fruitsz is to be impeached from office and barred from holding a civil office for the rest of time should the Senate find him guilty. His crimes are as follows: Impersonating a Federal Employee and Legislative Misconduct.
Article II: On the night of March 27, 2015, Fruitsz claimed that he worked for the Department of Justice as a federal prosecutor to gain entry to a closed Department of Justice chatroom. He repeated this numerous times, and he stated it numerous times in the official Federal Bureau of Investigation chatroom. I would like to remind Congress that impersonating a federal employee is a felony.
Article III: The following are the witnesses and evidence of the impersonation.
Witnesses of the crime: Jameel09, BattleBacca1, DivineImperium
Evidence (Printscr): A: /6m8j1f - fruitsz is not in doj (dated) B: /6m8idl - fruitsz pretending to work for doj C: /6m8joh - “baking soda, i got baking soda” = fruitsz D: /6m8jhe - fruitsz thinks he's a prosecutor E: /6m8t5b - fruitsz still impersonating F: /6m8r0a - fruitsz continuing to impersonate
Article IV: Throughout his term as Speaker of the House, he has attempted to influence the Senate, namely by attempting to shutdown a bill enabling a Senate Election Committee, something of which he has no authority over. This is gross legislative misconduct, and it has reduced efficiency in the Senate and has caused much confusion throughout Congress, and the only reason why he disapproved of the SEC bill was to maintain control over Senate elections.
Article V: The following are the witnesses and evidence of his misconduct.
Witnesses: Vice President Zeyad567, et al.
Evidence: To Be Appended
Article VI: The witnesses and evidence are subject to change, but all evidence and witnesses will be provided prior to the Senate trial.
Conclusion: While many in the House feel a strong connection to Speaker Fruitsz, we must do our duty and impeach, even if that means going against a friend. We must be professional, and all professionals would keep the job in front of personal relationships. When deciding if you should support this bill or not, keep personal matters out of the decision, and let your conscience and moral obligation guide you. You don’t look at a criminal and think of the good he has done; instead, you look at a criminal and recognize the bad they have done. Even though Fruitsz has helped Congress in the short-term, justice must be served for the crimes he has committed. Thank you for reading.

I fully endorse this bill, and I recommend all Representatives to vote Aye.
He has committed a crime, and he must be punished, regardless of the few good things he has done.

It's honestly sad when a vendetta causes you to try to remove me.
First off I'm actually a federal prosectuor, although I am not in the DoJ group, I still watch over bills needed to pass to Federal Prosectuors and relay it to judges.
I left DoJ due to needing more group space.
"gain entry to a closed Department of Justice chatroom"
"closed"
Ok first off that DoJ Chat isn't closed.
This is the weakest reason to impeach someone for, and what's even more sad is the Representatives aying.

I respect your input, but I must disagree. It is not an open chat, so it is a closed chat. Furthermore, if you are not in the group, you are not a federal prosecutor.
Finally, this is not a vendetta; it is justice, and your insults to the Republicans is not appreciated.

| Fruitsz, let me make something clear, I in no way have a personal vendetta against you, the problem is that you committed a felony by impersonating a federal official, as well as gross legislative misconduct, the reason I ayed is that we need to send a message that we aren't just going to let that slide, it would be rather corrupt on our part to just overlook it. |

Over look it? LOL?
So now I can't say I'm a Ice Cream man, and if I'm not im going to get sued?
First off you don't need to be in DoJ to be recognized as any of those ranks, whether you know what Pale is saying is true or not, you have no clue. Therefore aying is such a silly act on your part. |

White House Statement:
Although one of my Senior Staffers supporters and Co-Authored this bill. I would like to point out here and make it completely clear that the administration and the President remains solely nuetral in this fight. We do not side with either side and wish to not be brought into this matter. All Staff members posting on this wall are posting their independent opinions for which they have the right to do. I again promise nuetrality in this matter, thank you.

I couldn't agree more with frosty, and I'd also like to point out that if you're not in the group, then you're simply *not in the group.*
Anyway, the Constitution prohibits Congressmen from holding any other governmental positions, so you're either violating a law or violating the Constitution; pick your poison.

just from a third party perspective allow me to offer that this is the weakest possible reason for impeachment i have ever seen, and those supporting it are likely guilty of much more severe crimes themselves
that being said it's rather petty to drag this out on the federal level, and if you are supporting this you likely have a personal vendetta against fruitsz or are attempting to make a power play
shame on you |

Let's keep the thread relatively clean, so if you're not a co-author, an endorser, or a Representative, please keep posting to a minimum.
Furthermore, this is a felony, and a felony is a felony is a felony is a felony. (is a felony)
Felony = Felony

Indicting is when the House approves it. Anyway, this is a felony *charge.*
Felony Charge = Felony Charge = Felony Charge = Felony Charge Evidence = Evidence = Evidence = Evidence Witnesses = Witnesses = Witnesses (Especially since they're all important people and not just random FBI agents.)
There, I corrected myself. |

Specifically, FruitsZ is violating 18 U.S. Code § 912
AKA a felony with 3 year imprisonment (or impeachment)
