| Cannot select the torso, I'm using block rig, anyone know why? |

| I believe it selects the HumanoidRootPart, if I were you I would make sure that the rig you're using has one. |

| you need to have all the 6D motors of a normal character, all called things like left hip, right shoulder, etc. |

Come on guys, he's already made it clear that he's using a rig that, by default, qualifies for use with the Animation Plug-in. It IS generated by the plug-in, itself, after all.
@OP: You can't actually select the torso itself, because the Torso isn't actually the base which Roblox animates from. When you open the plug-in, hover over the torso, click on it, and it will say "HumanoidRootPart". Click "Okay". The editor will open, and you will be able to create an animation.
