You just need to eat healthier, check your stuff, instead of having a bag a chips dont. Just take in healthy calories instead of empty ones and then take in less and you should be healthy in a month if you just started gaining weight
The less weight you have the easier it is to loose. |

my weight training class does 115 a day gets easy after a few days |

Run a mile 4 days a week. After you run: Monday: Arm Exercises Tuesday: Chest/Stomach Exercises Wednesday: Shoulders Exercises Thursday: Leg Exercises
This is just my suggestion. I did this 2 years ago when out of shape, and I am strong and healthy now.
(You could change the 4 days of the week you do these. ) |

Breakfast: 1. Always eat it 2. Don't use butter on pancakes or waffles 3. Don't eat sugar cereal, eat cheerios. Whatever you do
DO NOT REMOVE ANY 1 FOOD GROUP FROM YOUR DIET, EVER. It is very unhealthy for you. Whatever anyone says, youcan have a little something once in a while, for example a candybar sure eat it. Just dont have one every day or every other day. |
