My name is quickgodofwar, and recently today. I attempted to buy robux for $5.00. The transaction failed to work, and it never gave robux nor did it give all the money back. It was 5 different transactions all for the same price under Yolanda Polanco. The bank stated that you gave back 3/5 of the transactions.
Roblox employees, I need assistance for this dilemma. |

bah. they gotcha. always use prepaid credit cards or roblox cards... but thats another story... roblox does not give refunds... so good luck

If you can get a bank statement or similar from your bank or credit company, email info@roblox.com with the details of your problem, and the screenshot of your past transactions to ROBLOX.
They should be able to check with their billing department to see if they have in fact recieved such payments.
If not, ROBLOX may be able to write a letter to your bank/credit card company, informing them that the payment has not gone through, and your bank/credit company will refund the amount for you.
