DRAFT 2
In effect, April 1st to April 30th of the year 2015 for the Democratic Pople's Republic of Korea
Presented before the Supreme Leader, MisterWaltDisney, and the Chairman of the Assembly Presidum, cool1099 on 3/24/2015 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ TABLE OF CONTENTS
Section I: INTRODUCTION Section II: PLANNED GOALS Section III: POLICY AMENDMENTS Section IV: CONCLUSION Section V: NOTES ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Section I: INTRODUCTION
The following is a plan for re-development and growth in the DPRK for the month of April 2015. The short list of reasoning for this is that we have been starting to falter. We are loosing members again, and our inactivity has fallen as well. Also, there is a lack of quality members to fill posistions.
Therefore, recognising this is a way to fix these issues, it has been implemented, which is presented in detail below. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Section II: PLANNED GOALS
Due to the problems expressed in Section I, these are the goals of the plan which intend to fix them.
GOAL I: Reduce the loss of citizens and increase citizenship to 100. The loss of citizens is degrading the status of the DPRK as well as the number of people avaliable to take on jobs. To fix this, activity must be increased as well as the quality of group places, uniforms, and jobs. That will in turn, reduce the loss of citizens, and will infact allow the citizenship total number to rise, therefore helping with the achieval of the goal to not only fix the loss of citizens, but to increase citizenship to 100. Ads will also help with the second part of the goal to increase citizenship. If goal is met, the DPRK will be able to grow even quicker and will become more respected in the ro-nation community.
GOAL II: Increase activity. Activity is key to the success of any group, and the DPRK is lacking on this a bit. Recognising this, we must fix it. We can fix this by creating better group places as well as promoting an active government and military. Not only will this make the group active, but it will also once again, help with the growth of citizenship, helping out with GOAL I. If goal is met, the DPRK will be able to gain more citizens as well as recognition in the ro-nation world.
GOAL III: Find quality people for jobs. Currently, the DPRK is lacking on skilled citizens. Skilled citizens are needed to fill posistions in the government, military, police, and much more. A way to fix this is by running ads and by also encouraging skilled people to move to the DPRK by means of giving them a good job that they could handle. If goal is met, the DPRK will be able to function properly and better as well as gain activity.
GOAL IV: Remove inefficient (inactive and not able to do their job corectly) members of government and the military. The DPRK has members of government and the military that are sadly, incapable of doing their jobs, or inactive. Fixing this shuld be a top priority, becase they just degrade the nation and plague it into inactivity as a whole. This can be fixed by simply removing them from their posistions and replacing them with active, loyal, and capable people. If goal is met, the DPRK will prosper and will function better to serve the needs of the people.
There is 1 note in the notes section, Note I. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Section III: POLICY AMENDMENTS
In order to make the goals listed above possible, some policy amendment's may need to take place. The following is a list of amendments needed if the above goals are to suceed. If there are no amendments needed, than you will see: N/A.
AMENDMENT I for GOAL III and GOAL IV: Allow the Premier and Vice Premier to appoint and remove government members without prior approval. For goal III, if it is to suceed, the Premier and Vice Premier will need to be able to apoint and remove member's of government without prior approval. Not only will this make for a more efficient government, but it will also create more meaning to the job of Premier and Vice Premier. The Supreme Leader and Chairman of the Assembly Presidium will still reserve the right, however, to ovveride and veto appointments and removals.
There is 1 note in the notes section, Note II. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Section IV: CONCLUSION
The plan will help to benifit the nation if it is sucessfully completed. Not only will the nation progress, but it will earn the DPRK a respected place in the world, which the great leader, Comrade Kim Il Sung, would greatly appreciate. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Section V: NOTES
NOTE I: Goals are expected to be met. If they are not met, then punishments will be handed out to the people in the directed goal area's.
If the goals ARE met, they will prosper the nation greatly. Everyone is expected to pitch it. Citizens are expected to recruit. The Miltiary is expected to become more active and recruit as well. The Government is expected to recruit, do their jobs, and become more focused on advancing the nation. Those who do not will be punished.
If the goals are NOT met than the nation will not only continue to fall and crumble, but it may even falter and collapse. This shall not happen. If it does, then everyone shall be punished for failing the people and the nation.
NOTE II: Amendments are not permanent. They shall only last for the time period of the plan, although it may be made permanent if chosen to become permanent by the Supreme Leader and/or Chairman of the Assembly Presidium.
