Bill #2: Disbanding Tryouts:
Is it really loyalty? How can it help whatsoever? Inexperienced Pros/Cons Ways to Enter an Agency
Section I: Is it really loyalty? Sure tryouts boost employment, but let’s all be honest here. Tryouts HURT agencies, this includes reputation by officers that go rogue, etc. It also shows how weak the agency is, and how weak our officers can be. ANYONE can be very skilled and get into an agency, who can utterly go rogue, or abuse their powers. It’s not worth it, we can do better by enforcing academies.
Section II: How can it help whatsoever?
How do tryouts help? You may say employment like I stated before? Sure it does, but again, there is NO loyalty whatsoever. There is a difference between attending 1 simple tryout, and going through an academy process. An academy process will help you become experienced, and guide you through your career as an agent/officer. So compared to an academy process, tryouts seem pretty dull.
Section III:
As I stated before, there is a difference between academy process, and tryouts. Tryouts can let ANYONE in, and let ANY inexperienced person onto the field. Again, ANYONE can be good at gunfighting, obbies, etc. Tryouts can let ANY inexperienced person get into the law enforcement. Now, I ask you who would you rather see in the law enforcement world. An experienced trainee who went through stages of trainings in an efficient Academy? Or someone who got lucky at a tryout.
Section IV: This will also get the activity within’ agencies more efficient. Again, when I was MPD Head Commander, I know several people who went to tryouts, got in, and deemed inactive for over 2 weeks. When I was in MPDA, as Head Trainer, I noticed many graduates who made it in more clear, and were triple as much active as the tryout trainees. So from my statistics in USMS and MPD+MPDA, I’ve seen how easily spots can be wasted from tryouts, rather than Academy process.
Section IV: PROS:[if passes] -Reduction of corruption [How many of you Congressmen have promised this?] -More experienced officers on the street. -Academies get more active. -Department of Education gets more active[CoA]
CONS:[if fails] -Employement will go down a bit. -Corruption increases. -Inexperienced officers on the street. -Academies fail. -CoA decreases in activity.
Section V:
Now the ways to enter an agency is simple. I know it takes a lot more fellow congressmen, and it reduces a chance for people to enter law enforcement. But we need to pass this for the better good. So many of you have promised to end corruption, well here it is..
-Interviews, can be hosted by agencies. The Director/DD or whoever is hosting must question at least 5-7 questions to a candidate. -Academies, they will have to go through stages of trainings that can prove useful on the field. This will train them, and make sure they are pure quality for being an Officer, and defender of the Constitution.
CONCLUSION: Now, my fellow congressmen. It’s time for us to utterly start a new beginning within’ our law enforcement. I want to see more efficiently within’ our work forces, and I’m sure you do too. The quality of law enforcement that actually worked for their position, rather than those chosen by luck, are extremely more reliable. So I ask you congressmen of the United States, let’s stop possible corruption within’ Law enforcement!
So let’s take corruption down step by step my fellow congressmen. Thank you for your time. Thank you, Representative Palenstine Senator SirThantos

what is the damn use of making a bill like this if you know there is cons to it. this is not even taking a good risk, this is a horrible unnecessary risk.
if it this does go well, academies will not increase employment.
i don't support this.

| I love how everyone skips to the pros and cons section and doesn't read it.. EVERY Bill has cons to it. Most congressmen just won't state the cons. Employment rates will not go down there are still still alternates, Evaluation Test, Academies, Applications, Interviews, etc. |
