Junior Officers (Ensign-Captain)

These are the pinnacle of the officers. These men are hand chosen by the Chief of Army Staff to lead the army. Very few officers ever reach this position. They are the senior-most members of the army and are to be treated as such. They lead on Brigade levels that consist of multiple regiments.
Chief of Army Staff (Field Marshal)
The Ultimate commander of the Army. He commands all aspects of the Army and chooses who are to be his High command. This person has proven that he is the best commander within the army, the aristocracy within the officer-hood would make a logical decision via voting to decide this important decision, otherwise His Majesty the King would pick the correct person for this crucial position. It is the hardest position to achieve within the army and almost all officers will never achieve this position. Signed,
His Majesty, King George Fredrick Hanover III of Great Britain
