@yw i'll fix that
*r7 260x or better *gt 740 2gb gddr5 or better
those are minimum
those cards both can achieve 60fps on med-high 720p.

| Search up the PC, which is an HP Pavilion h8-1234. That's exactly what I have, no customized parts or hardware at all. |

@madd
ok ignore what ros is saying
overclocking is basically "free performance" but you need to tweak your card a bit in order to get that free performance.
and @ros "overclocking" isn't limited by the psu, it's limited by the gpu capabilities.
and dust on your 7450 shouldn't affect performance too much, because it doesn't have that new technology in "thermal throttling" when your gpu gets too hot the gpu will go slower to prevent itself from over-heating <---typically in newer cards then older ones.
@madd (again) i'm not saying this offensively or anything, but it doesn't seem like you're a technical person, so I don't suggest you tweak your card.
but if you want, just take off some dust out of your case with a vacuum to help with the temps.
alternatively you can lower the graphics settings as that is a pretty weak card. |

@dan overclocking can partially be due to the psu ability
using more wattage homie j
it doesn't use much more
but when you're tipping that ice berg

| if you're running a gpu, it's likley you have a psu that is able to support that 200+ watt monster (well 7450 isn't a monster or power-hungry) but my point is overclocking just uses 10% (generally) power usage, and if you have a 200Watt GPU that's going to be 220 which still should be safe for your psu |

@dans but if it has a gpu of that poor quality
the psu might skimp on performance

alright let say you bought a ten dollar psu it says it's 500 watt but in reality, it's not really 500watt there are components called 12v, 5v and 3v rails inside the psu (i.e 12v = 421 5v = 52 etc) if they're made with cheap components they have a great chance of blowing up or frying your other components never cheap out anything

@ayo
yes, all PSUs have peak effeincy, but you don't get what I'm saying, that PSU would blow up (not litterly) but it would if you put a 200+watt GPU plus other components.
IF IT can HANDLE 200watts, it can handle an adtional 20 watts (220watta$. |

@dans basically what ayo said if it's a prebuilt with that weak of a gpu there's a chance it may not use it's full "advertised" amount of power
