-First Encounter Assault Recon Training Guidelines Version 3.0-
The Guidelines/Rules are as follows:
1. Uniform check must occur before the start of every training and anyone lacking one should be :char ‘ed by the trainer. Sashes are recommended to display your rank but not required. Custom uniforms are not allowed whilst at a FEAR event. Please check the new division list to see if the uniform you are wearing is allowed.
2. The host and his/her co-host are the only ones who may use admin at a given training unless it is an emergency such as a exploiter.
3. Individual training rules must be posted each training in the form of a clone or a rule board. The rules must be in-depth and not consist of phrases such as “use common sense”.
4. Profanity at any training event or lesson is not tolerated and the Venezian who swears will be warned and reported to the Military Police for punishment.
5. Two hours is the maximum amount of time a training may continue unless a VCO+ approves.
6. Back to back events such as an RCL training followed by an RCL training are not allowed unless a period of an hour or more separates the two.
7. Any one trainer can only host up to three times in one day to prevent them from dominating the shout.
8. In response to an overall lack of trainer knowledge of how to improve, and a general success in RAT, a new requirement is issued. At the end of every training the host must ask the trainees to post on the wall to rate their training from 1-10 and they may also include a written response if they feel necessary.
9. All “Training” shouts will be different from this point on. There are two types of “trainings” now. Please note promotions will not differ from the previous methods and will be awarded at both events.
Practice - Will be shouted as [PRAC] and will be the most common considering a practice is an event in which a trainer primarily runs simulations and drills but does little to no teaching. Trainings - Will continue to be shouted as [TRAIN] however will consist of the trainer being required to explain different methods and educate the soldiers present how to succeed.
-Any other rules are to be governed by each individual training.-
These rules are allowed to be rewritten with approval by the department of training at any time and new ones posted.
Update Log: - Rule 1 edited to reflect recent progressions. - Rule 9 added with extreme importance.
Hail Venezia!

YOu said at the 2nd one "2. The host and his/her co-host are the only ones who may use admin at a given training unless it is an emergency such as a exploiter."
So what would happen during that emergency? Would everyone else get admin, or would admin be removed from everyone else?

| @gold: When a training gets exploited, any admin there is required to shut down the server immediately. |

I strongly disagree with rule 6. We're absolutely horrible with guns, besides around 3 people in FEAR. We should be working with those primarily. I see why you made this rule, but in all honesty until we can actually get kills with guns at A2 I am against that rule.
As for rule 7, I am mixed about it. Other rules are great though.

While I'm not a critic of you personally, Bakugun, I fail to see why we are incorporating absolutely everything RAT?
This is why F.E.A.R. always fails to dig itself out of holes. Again, no personal insult intended, but think outside the box. Obviously, RAT does something one way, and sure, bravo to them, they do fine. But, RAT is RAT, man, don't you see? You can easily just copy paste some RAT stuff, or try to think something up new. There is never not something new you can conjure from your minds in this department. Last time F.E.A.R. tried to copy clans, follow their lead, when they had something that worked? Points. Databases, and that worked pretty terribly (system was abused) and lasted a week or two.
If you tried to copy VAK, or VOID, you wouldn't have the same success. Those Powerclans based themselves off what fit them as a clan, not what they saw another clan do good, and then copy it. Why not help F.E.A.R. be leaders in this department? That is what you, as the Director of Training, should strive to do every day you work on this little job of yours. Sure, RAT's doing fine. That's because, they have a mature, intelligent and uniform High Command, that does things their way. Those rules they have are suited towards the fashions and preferences of the ROBLOX Assault Team High Command, not the First Encounter Assault Recon's High Command.
You can't just force a clan to change like that. While I'm not firing shots to our HCOMM, these rules aren't suited for us. F.E.A.R. is a more of a laid back, nonchalant training group, whether we as a whole like it or not. Personally? I've not hosted often, but when I have, I didn't follow these rules. For the trainings that have been hosted for so long, this doesn't feel like a fit for our clan in personal, and many other veterans, im sure, would vouch for that.
You, yourself, are a troll at times when you aren't hosting a training. This is calling for strict uniformity. Sorry, but this is ROBLOX-- a game. F.E.A.R. was meant to represent that, made in a time when the leader just wanted a good time. Sure, he recruited people via free models. He focuses more time on games than on a fort. Of course! It's a game. We aren't going to be a powerclan ever. We aren't going to be the superior robot army.
Let's bring up the "golden age", 2011, the period everyone in F.E.A.R. has striven to recreate in their own fashion. Even then, trainings were nonchalant, lax, laid back, everyone was having a good time. That's the point of the little golden age. Good times. Not, we were some vastly superior military force destroying everyone in this game. That's never been the identity of this clan, unfortunately, and it probably never will. Is that bad? No. We weren't afraid of tarnishing our reputation and carefully picking our wars. We were running head on into tons of wars just so we could have some fun.
"We fight, we win, we party!". Get it? It isn't supposed to be a uniform, strict clan. Many have tried this. Nobody has succeeded, and nobody will.
Trainings in your rule havent gotten any better, frankly. Is this your fault? No. But really, it comes from the tryhard, and excuse my choice of words there, but the tryhard trainers who miserably try to enforce discipline, and then either bore everyone to sleep or completely lose control of the training. I, personally, cannot >stand< attending a training. It's all the same.
"UNIFORMS ON."
"YOU SPOKE? :ban person"
The host isn't your friend, like he should be. Your friend should be a friendly, outgoing guy, who wants to have a good guy. A troll? No, he shouldn't be, but he should be somewhat laid back. He should train with you, look at you as an equal, and man, just have fun on a game. The RAT way of things? Yeah, good for them, but I could just join RAT if I wanted to (hint: I didn't). Trainers don't know how to improve because they're forced to one uniform way. A common phrase, aye? Yeah. They can't do it their own way. Sure. Sometimes this could go horribly awry, but at least I could stand going to a training. At least I could have fun without thinking of all the corruption talk that clouds the clan today.
Because, now, frankly? Nobody cares anymore. Corruption accusations had a story before, a plot. Now? "Oh, he's corrupt? yawn". "Oh, war? Oh, the clan is trash, because it's the only one we'll accept (the only one we're guaranteed of winning ofc), yawn." Nobody cares. And you, while you can defend yourself and say "im not the commander! Im only the head of the Dot!", you can change it. You can actually make something that suits the clan, and not blatantly copy the clan you came from. I doubt SONIC promoted you for something he could do himself.
So do us all a favour, and while I like you, and this is nothing against you personally: Think outside the box. Make something that suits F.E.A.R. Not RAT. Not VAK, but, as you would say, "Something that fits Venezia".
