how it works, one guy tells someone to script a spinning ball (just an example), and whoever thinks they can do it scripts it and if it works they get 2 points.
if nobody thinks they can script it then it gets kicked and the guy who told someone to script the spinning ball (or whatever) gets 3 points.
1 major rule: you must have at least 1 point in order to tell them what to script.

I tested it. There's a ball and it bounces. That's my definition of a bouncing ball.

Misspelled function at line 12, forgot an 'end' at line 16. Infinite while loop is called before setting the parents of the instances. Infinite while loop does not wait for a return from rept(), which causes the ball to fall perpetually, warping to 0, 50, 0, without ever hitting the plate.
However, it kinda looks like it bounces because it moves up and down in the air. Which means it passed. Flawless.
Changed wait(0.1) to wait(2), caused it to look better.
