Yes, create an imageButton or imageLabel, and put the decal's ID where you need to put it.

yes but when i filled the page with an image button size: {1,0,1,0} then when i click save and exit the imagebutton won't show up. am i doing something wrong?

No, it is not possible for a startgui to be a thumbnail Hence the name "StarterGUI", because when you start the game the function is activated |

Use a brick with a decal on it instead, should work
