I want to build a PC, problem is I'm complete trash when deciding which parts to pick, I either need someone to build one for me which is preferred or just sent me pre-built links to one. What games I want to play on it and budget listed below, have a nice day.
I mainly want to play slightly bigger games but not Skyrim big type of games, if that makes sense, however if you make or fine a PC with my budget that'll be preferred.
Budget: $300 - $800 |

That's not what he's looking for, he's not going to be running games like BF4.

AMD CPU's don't have great stock coolers. |

| Well AMD processors apparently heat up a lot. |

@plant aren't amd cores virtual cores
intel's the way to go
with graphics cards, i could care less r7 260x ~= gtx 750 ti r9 270x ~= gtx 760
so on so forth
fool me once, i'm mad. fool me twice, how could you. fool me three times, you're officially that guy okay |

i think you should get these parts:
i3 4150
i'l admit that i'm a bit of an intel cpu snob, but if you aren't doing a whole bunch of gaming then a i3 will suffice. you especially need the single threaded performance on older games where the FX series just can't perform.
r9 280
its old but gold. its cheaper than the 960 and it gives you more video ram. also, its higher bandwidth means that you are going to be better off while using higher settings. |

amd offers a lot of cores but they are pretty slow and its very tricky to use all 6/8 of them in games due to the way they have to be programmed. thus its better to just go with fewer but faster ones.

Here's the one my cousin recommended for me when I had a lower budget http://pcpartpicker.com/p/RhWbxr The build I decided on now that I have a bit more money, an H97 Anniversary motherboard, a 960 instead of a 750ti, and an i5 4960. |

| Wow, that was broken grammar just then. I'd also like to note that I already have a keyboard, mouse and monitor. If you have any money remaining, get an SSD and a solid monitor. |
