In retaliation of the recent inactivity from the Vortex Security: Development Artist department within the division, Vortex Security: Development is now releasing an official written inactivity policy which will outline what will happen in event of inactivity. Not all developers within the division will apply to this policy, which will be listed below.**

INACTIVITY POLICY FOR PROJECTS/ASSIGNED PIECES OF WORK:

Vortex Security: Development members will be required to show the team some kind of work every two weeks to ensure the division that developers are doing work as scheduled. If members are unable to show any substantial changes to projects, pieces of projects being worked on, or aren't capable of turning in work or even doing work in the first place that has been assigned, developers in the division will be subject to exilation/suspension from the division on the grounds of inactivity and will have to wait two weeks before being able to re-apply to the division.

There are exceptions to this policy, however. People exempt from this policy are as listed:

-Players with no projects/Players who have not been assigned projects
-Players who give adequate notice informing the Director of Vortex Security: Development about absences. (So in other words, Vacation, Extreme sickness, Weeks of testing, Moving and being in areas without access to Internet, ROBLOX, etc)
-Break periods within the group after large projects are completed (Essentially when a large project is finished, resting times before starting new projects is allowed.)

INACTIVITY POLICY OVERALL:

To help prevent inactivity throughout the division long term, if it is apparent that any Vortex Security: Development member is inactive in all forms throughout the division (e.g does not communicate with other developers via Skype Chatroom, does not complete projects on time or show any progress, does not contribute on the wall or in Vortex Security as a whole, etc) over the course of the month, they will face exilation/suspension and will have to wait two weeks before being able to re-apply to the division.

**All developers will be in some shape or form be subject to this policy, and the only exemptions are listed on the first policy regarding active projects for the division.
