yes it does the thing where if you create a part from a localscript only that player sees it
it's better than the old way of making local parts tbh |

i can make local parts without filteringenabled
tutorial:
Instance.new("LocalPart", game.Players.amanda)

using filtering is a much better way of doing local parts |
