If I was president, I would pass a law that says all court cases must be recorded in video and published to the public in some sort of archive, preferably on an internet archive that anyone could access.
Why? Because our court systems are messed up and convict innocent people all the time.
If they were open, we have billions of people using the internet. Someone would notice it, share it on Facebook, and all the evils of that judge would be exposed and they could be taken down.
Then, other judges would try harder to be just because they know they are being potentially observed by the world. |

| Recording or taking pictures of someone without their consent is highly considered an illegal act. |

@Special
That's just a law. Pass another law to override it for this particular case.
Recording a court case and publishing it in an internet archive hurts no one.

"Irrelevant."
Back it up
Why is that 'irrelevant'?

| You would have been a very stupid president to not realize the definition of "jury" |

@Special
My post is about recording court case on video and publishing them to an internet archive.
His comment has nothing to do with that. Therefore it's irrelevant.
@Mike
Again, irrelevant. |

| Your proposal is irrelevant because of the existence of a jury. |

@mongoose
That's a non-sequitur because the existence of a jury is irrelevant to my claim. Are you implying that all juries are recorded in video and published to an internet archive?
That would be the only way it could possibly be relevant.
Show me this internet archive and I'll concede your argument. |

Damn, I'm sorry. I forgot your IQ is 173; I should know my place.
What I meant is because of the existence of a jury, there is no need for an internet archive of a case. The jury is sufficient enough. |

Stop trying to play the victim. If you have an argument, present it. Don't use infantile emotion appeals to try and get people on your side.

I'd disagree. If there was a case with a jury and the jury also participated in the unjust behavior, there's no way anyone else could know because the court case was lost to them.
Currently, you figuring out what happened in a past court case is difficult. You have to travel across the country scrounging up a bunch of old documents to figure out exactly what happened.
Someone with a lot of time and money could do it. Detectives have risen up old trials and even proven imprisoned people innocent before. But it's difficult. If only all the information of the court case was easily accessible to anyone at any time, we would have a lot less of these problems.

even if you were president, you wouldn't be able to pass a law, only sign them. the president is only a puppet of the illuminati we call the government.
