As you sit on the couch in your house, trying to watch your favorite channels on your good old television, you hear a knock. "It's open!" You yell. Vincent Ford, your friend that met about seven years back, comes running in. He had told you about his plan, his murders. Now you suspect that this had something to do with it.
"Crap, they're onto me!" He says.
"Police?" You inquire.
"Who else?!" He retaliates, looking outside the window frantically. "Well," He says, surprisingly calm. He always had the ability to calm himself in less than two seconds. "I have one favor to ask of you."
"And what would that be?" You ask.
"Don't tell them where I went." He quickly replies, making a sprint towards your yard. The cops bust in, shortly after. "Where is he?!" They yell to you, guns aimed.

Oh no. They know Vincent is here. "He's in the bathroom (The first room that came to mind... Sorry)!" I say freaked out. I quietly open the back door and motion Vincent outside. "Why do you need to know!?" I am shaking really fast. |

| "Check the house!" The policeman, who is probably the highest ranked, orders. He then runs to the back door, where you are. "He's gone, right?" He asks. "Vincent's alright?" |

| "Listen, I can see through any lies you throw at me. I know you know him as a friend, and, I do as well. My name is Jeremy Fitzgerald, and I've been trying to delay his arrest for as long as possible. Those damn kids were always vandalizing the place anyway." |

(Jeremy... Wow... Did not see that coming)
I sigh. I might as well confess. Its better than jail. "Fine... He left the house through the back door. Hes gone. I got no idea where he is... Happy now?" I say fearfully. |

| "Remember, there's police all over the place. We each have a tracking device, I took mine off and put it on your couch. Anyways, my patrol car is over this fence." He says, climbing over. |

I just stand frozen. "Uh huh? Have fun I guess..." I say nervously. I don't know why he told me where his tracking device and car is. None of my business I guess. |
