A part Jump?
If you where talking about a humanoid jumping you would change the velocity as it jumps.
But a custom jump... If you need it to just fly up, you could use Part.Velocity. But, if you want a controlled jump you would use BodyPosition. If you want to part to say in the same direction, use BodyGyro. If you want to make it move, you would need BodyVelocity along with those, or do some magic with the bodyposition.
