Many of you may know that there is currently thousands of unemployed citizens, that are having a hard time entering a department, because there is a limit on the number of agents accepted. People have asked congress to pass certain bills to make it easier to get into a department, but that is nearly impossible, if you cant meet the requirements to enter a department, than your just not fit for work. But what we can do is help lower the unemployment rate.
You all may ask how we plan on doing so? We plan on making a bill that forces departments to open up recruitment, and force them to have a certain amount of agents within a certain period of time.Meaning they will have to start hiring qualified agents, not just anyone will be hired. It's not difficult to find people who are fit for positions within the department. There's thousands of citizens to choose from.
We find it absurd for departments to have only 32 agents or less in a department, and we barely ever see those agents active at a map. Usually there's only 3-4 at the most at a map. More agents to enforce the law will also lower crime rates. Some people may think this idea is ridiculous, but its the answer for lowering the unemployment rate and crime rates. This idea wont only lower the unemployment rate, but it will increase agent activity around any [NUSA] map.
People may dislike this idea, because they think the amount of rogue agents will increase. I disagree with that, because department directors should be able to efficiently train there future agents in there academy, and pick out the agents with good intentions, from the ones with bad intentions. Also department directors should have enough leadership skills, to be able to control there agents, and teach them the correct way of doing things. If they don't hold that skill than they aren't fit for that position, and should be removed from it.
If this bill is passed it will force all law enforcement departments and some intelligence departments, to start recruiting as soon as possible. This bill isn't telling directors to rush the recruitment process, but it will force them to host more tryouts, and to have a more active academy.

It's not that I don't agree, its just that so far we are working on that, and you must realize that if this bill passed,we will have to contact every and every single Department Director and make sure they are following it.So first of all make this bill more clear and shorter to benefit all,and I personally suggest you set up a committee to watch over this.

This is just a preview of the bill that I plan on making if this bill receives a certain amount of support. And I clearly wrote, that the qualified people will have a higher chance of getting a job. It wont be like your going to a tryout that accepts 0-1 people. If you deserve the job you get it. Not just any noob, with poor grammar skills.

If they prove themselves unfit for a division of NUSA then they move on, to the next agency or try again. We have tryouts every day, forcing a agency to open recruitment is absurd, they have member limits for a reason.

And senator be honest. You guys haven't been working on anything to lower employment rates. All you guys have been doing is promising to lower employment rates and make it easier to get jobs, but you guys haven't made one bill or idea addressing problems like this.

Sure go ahead, when you begin to actually use real world data and currency Limiteds then call me. Until you can experience inflation and figure out how to stop it will I allow higher employment.

Theres so much qualified people out there, that can be veterans or experienced people, that don't have a chance, because departments aren't recruiting. Lets be real, what law enforcement department in real life closes there office for recruitment?

Thats exactly what were are doing, however some idiotic director claims that their agency is classified and invitation only, that is why we are currently planning to bring the Office of Capitol Hill Staff,in order to fix these problems bruh.

3-4 agents of a department at a time is a lot. There's a lot of law enforcement agencies so you aren't limited to what job you can have. You don't even NEED to be law enforcement. The Bank of America has OVER a hundred employees and is always recruiting.
omfg just join boa instead of complaining you can't be a cop >.< |

This is a terrible idea. You will open agencies to those who just want jobs. Those 32 members or less agencies are normally IC agencies, they shouldn't be at maps a lot anyway. It's easy to get a job, all you have to do is try for it.
