well on the contrary most professional dev teams consist of hundreds of contributors... and they also rely on past work :P

big companies dont use lua, build with bricks, and have pre-scripted functions to help them out.
also they make storylines, multiplayer, etc. and have to set up servers and everything in a year while roblox does half the work lol |

neither does any roblox game??????????????
plus they need to optimize it for consoles, pcs, etc. and create ideas for single player, multiplayer, and stuff.
ill give asov some leniency when they make an original idea that works well, and takes a lot of effort.
no clan's fort should be over two months of work, and that's pushing it. |

difference is im not trying to
i dont have an entire dev team working for me, and having an entire group of people supporting me.
no fort is worth spending two months on, because with all these roblox updates chances are it'll break within a year.
plus if you're spending all that time building (scripting for more than two months i can maybe understand) then you're probably building a game that barely anyone will be able to load into.
unless you just want to actually work on the fort once a week in which case i can understand it taking a year |
