▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ When you are interviewing a player for Barista, you are interviewing them for Barista Trainee.
You may not interview players for Barista I, Barista II, Barista III, and Head Barista. If I see a customer being promoted to anything other than Barista Trainee, you're demoted.

When you are interviewing for Security, you do not promote them to Head of Security. You may not interview players for Head of Security.

Head Manager cannot interview players for Manager, only CSO+ may interview for Manager. You cannot interview players for ranks above Head Manager, those are earned only.
