| why does everyone argue about which is better? they're two completely different sports and I couldn't give 2 shts about the NFL, and I'm sure that's the same for American people |

Rugby is for men, none of that extra padding, only the bare essentials.

Alot of Americans play football but there is a huge explosion for rugby in the U.S and people enjoy it a lot and respect it too. I don't see why Brits/Europeans can't respect football.

| because people genuinely don't like it. we're used sports like football (soccer) and rugby, where something is always going on. it's action all the time, phases of play never stop. american football is a massive contrast. |

Rugby is for men, none of that extra padding, only the bare essentials. ------------------------------- yeah except people try to hit you in the NFL in rugby the point is to tackle |

also imo it allows football players to literally throw themselves at people.
10 million dollars i'd throw myself in front of a 2-300 pound man charging me! |

| brian, the hits look harder because of what they're wearing lol. it's impossible to hit as hard as that WITHOUT padding lol. doesn't mean it hurts any less. and people occassionally die playing rugby (broken necks etc). and where did you get that bs information from about wages/size etc? |
